About the role:
A rewarding opportunity exists for an experienced customer service professional to provide a high quality customer experience for our residents in a supportive team environment.
About you:
You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents, to support them to live life to their full potential.
This is the place for you if you have:
- Customer service experience in hospitality, retail or other industry
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- A person-centred and customer focused approach
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Availability to increase your hours – pick up extra shifts when they are available
- A commitment to being part of a workplace culture based on the BEST way of life (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust)
- Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions
- A willingness to work within the ethos of the Uniting Church
You will need:
- Full Australian working rights and a current police records check (or be willing to undertake this process)
- A current flu vaccination and be prepared to meet this annual requirement
