Position Summary

Client Liaison Officer 

  • Client Liaison Officer - full time position based in Hawthorn and supporting programs in Kingsville and Geelong

About the role:

An exciting opportunity exists to provide support to the Program Manager and Client Advisors in providing high quality care services to our clients. As a Client Liaison Officer, you will be the key contact for clients and play an active role in supporting our team to maintain day-to-day service delivery and coordination of client services; including records management, monthly reporting and document control.

  • Great customer service skills which are friendly and professional and are known for your caring and compassionate nature
  • Experience with on-boarding clients into service 
  • Previous administrative and rostering experience in community services 
  • Can manage multiple requests in a fast paced environment
  • Reliable, adaptable, motivated and committed to providing quality care 
  • Experience within the aged care sector 
  • Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions
  • Committed to being part of a workplace culture based on the BEST way of life (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust)
  • Are willing to work within the ethos of the Uniting Church

You will need:

  • A current Victorian Drivers Licence 
  • To be willing to use your own full registered and comprehensively insured vehicle when required
  • A current Working With Children’s Check
  • Full Australian working rights
  • A current Police Records Check or be willing to undertake this process 
  • A current flu vaccination and be prepared to meet this annual requirement
