About the role:

The purpose of the Change Manager is to lead change management activities within the program / project.  This role will work with the project team to lead and implement change required to transition and embed project change activities.

  • Leverage a change management methodology, process, and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the program / project
  • Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications
  • Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs

This is a 12 month Fixed Term contract based in Melbourne, Victoria supporting the delivery of key software projects.

  • Change management certification. 
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
  • Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
  • Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions

Essentials for working in Aged Care:

  • A current Working With Children card
  • Current and ongoing flu and COVID-19 Vaccinations
  • Australian working rights
  • Ability to pass a national police clearance
