About the role:

In this role, you will design and implement critical clinical learning and organizational development programs that maximize individual and team capability and support high standards of consumer directed service delivery.

This role will be based in Melbourne, covering initiatives primarily in Victoria..

  • Undertake/participate in annual organizational training needs analysis
  • Collaborate within the broader Learning & Development team and  the organization to identify clinical learning needs for current and future work requirements
  • Scope and develop learning & development programs and training materials in response to changing needs and emerging priorities (for online and face to face)
  • Develop L&D programs to support the clinical governance framework

About you:

You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents/clients, enhancing their self-esteem and empowering them to make choices.

This is the place for you if you:

  • Clinical experience/understanding and tertiary qualifications in Nursing (or equivalent/supplementary) is essential
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing best practice clinical learning and development programs using innovative strategies aligned to organizational requirements
  • Demonstrated consulting and relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in developing, facilitating and evaluating learning & development programs
  • Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions
  • Are committed to being part of a workplace culture based on the BEST way of life (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust)

Essentials for working in Aged Care:

  • A current Working with Children's Check
  • Current and ongoing flu and COVID-19 Vaccinations
  • Australian working rights
  • Ability to pass a national police clearance and/or NDIS Clearance as required
